- Potential Delays

Public Holidays & Peak Seasons: During peak seasons or holidays, please anticipate potential delays as courier services may experience higher volumes.
- Order Issues
Missing or Damaged Items: If your package arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Incorrect Address: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
Prepaid Orders: If your prepaid order is returned to us undelivered, we will reship it to you one time at no extra charge. If the order is returned again after the second delivery attempt, reshipping charges will apply.
COD Orders: If your Cash on Delivery order is returned to us undelivered, we will not be able to reship it automatically. You will need to place a new order.
